Here are some ideas to get you started but seriously anything goes!

Run, walk, cycle, swim, hop, skip, jump, trek, climb any distance, mountain, peak or coastal trek. not get your friends, family, colleagues or school involved too and create a team, the more people you have with you, the more motivated you will be.

Dance every day for a month or take on a 30 day yoga challenge – seriously anything goes as long as you are Moving It!
