Why not host a bake sale or BBQ and ask your colleagues for support? Or with Christmas just around the corner, why not pick Canteen as your charity of choice for your Christmas Party and sell raffle tickets for Canteen.
Get your girlfriends or boyfriends or any friends to do a night in with movies – serve chips and dips and drinks in return for a donation, you could even ask them to donate the cost of their usual night out!
Gala dinners, boxing match, trivia, games nights, morning teas, pamper evenings, school fairs, wine tasting, murder mystery, Christmas parties… there is so much you can do to help young Aussies impacted by cancer.

One of our fabulous Community Fundraisers Sally hosts a yearly Sydney music event called Special Oz’d. Each year Sally invites renowned SKA artists from around Australia to perform whilst raising funds for Canteen. Thank you Sally and all her supporters!

In 2006 Cory Newman, with the support of local musicians, dancers, performers at large, and the wider community of the Hunter Region staged the first ‘Newmojam,’ which was born to commemorate Cory’s three siblings, Craig, Troy and Kadie Newman and their love of performing and music. ‘Newmojam’ is a yearly event held in the Hunter Valley of NSW that donates all proceeds Canteen.
