I agree to indemnify Life Cycle for Canteen Inc. against all losses, injuries, claims, actions, suits, proceedings, demands, damages, costs, fees and any expenses whatsoever incurred, or arising out of, or in connection with, or in consequence of my participation in this event.

I understand that my participation in this event carries a risk of injury or damage to my property and/or person. This risk may arise through my negligence or omission or the negligence or omission of another person or persons, including but not limited to a person or persons involved with Life Cycle for Canteen Inc. With respect to this risk, I agree to waive all claims I may have against Life Cycle for Canteen Inc. whatever they may be.
