Hi everyone,

Locked in the Moggill half marathon for the end of May and looking to run the Brisbane Marathon in early June. For those that know me, you'll be aware I am by no means a runner or athlete, in saying that, I'm wanting to give this a red hot crack. I have been training (not without interruption) since early January and have already seen a lot of improvement but the full marathon certainly will be a test. It pails in comparison to the test a lot of Aussie kids go through on a daily basis (whether it's their own diagnosis or someone close). 
Please help me get behind these young Aussies and donate whatever you can.
I plan to be up to 20km plus runs in the next week and will share more progress as race day approaches. Let's go ! 

I am standing up to cancer with Canteen

I am Raising It to ensure young Aussies impacted by cancer still receive the support they need during this difficult and isolating time.

Canteen supports young people living with cancer, whether it is their own diagnosis, or that of a parent or sibling.

Canteen is once again heavily relying on Canteen Connect the online platform for counseling and peer to peer support during this even more challenging time in a young persons world. Now more than ever they need the support of Canteen.
