St Michael's Collegiate School - 'School to Summit'
The Year 12s at St Michael's Collegiate School will be completing the 'School to Summit' on Saturday the 19th of September. We will be walking from the Senior School Campus in Hobart to the Summit of beautiful Mt Wellington. We are doing this in order to raise funds for Canteen Tasmania.
We selected Canteen Tasmania as our charity of choice this year, as it is particularly close to the hearts of the Year 12s. Many girls in Year 12 have been personally affected by cancer, with a few reaching out to Canteen Tasmania themselves.
We are raising money to ensure young people impacted by cancer still receive the support they need during this difficult and isolating time.
Canteen supports young people living with cancer, whether it is their own diagnosis, or that of a parent, sibling or friend. Now, more than ever, they really need your support!
