Join us for a two-day OffRoad cycling event at Collie WA.
LifeCycle OffRoad will provide an opportunity to join a fun bike ride for great value and to fundraise for Canteen and support Young People Living with Cancer.
31st October - 1st November
Raised so far
We get it. Just when life should be full of possibilities, cancer crashes into a young person’s world and shatters everything. Cancer pushes them back in to the nest, makes them grow up too fast and weighs them down with worries they’re not supposed to have yet.
Canteen is the game changer. We help young people cope with cancer in their family. Through Canteen, they learn to explore and deal with their feelings about cancer, connect with other young people in the same boat and if they’ve been diagnosed themselves, we also provide specialist, youth-specific treatment teams.
By feeling understood and supported, young people develop resilience and can rebuild the foundations that crumbled beneath them when cancer turned their life upside down. That’s how Canteen is the difference.
Join us today to help raise vital funds for young people dealing with cancer.
There is a $200 registration fee to take part in LifeCycle OffRoad but this will not be required until the event is confirmed to officially go ahead. Until then we will only ask for a non-refundable $10 fee to hold your place.
This fee includes the following:
- Transport for bikes if needed.
- Meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner, morning and afternoon tea).
- Camp facilities
This ride is open to only 75 riders including marshals.
Crew Members Discount: A special PROMOTIONAL CODE will be provided only to approved crew members. Crew members are not authorised to reveal the PROMOTIONAL CODE to others.
Refund / No Refund Policy: Until the event is confirmed, this is irrelevant, as full payment will not be required until the event is confirmed.
Fundraising Target: The committee has suggested a minimum fundraising target of $200 per rider / family / couple (unless you reached $200 for your 2020 OnRoad fundraising).
Collie has a rich history of road cycling – in decades past it has been referred to as the centre of cycling in Western Australia. Now Collie’s huge potential for mountain bike riding is being developed. Collie is one of the few WA towns that has all the amenities visitors could want and is located in the middle of the forest – ideal for mountain bike trails.
This year we will explore the trails that Collie and Wellington National Park have to offer. (Program subject to change.)
