Welcome to Courage for CanTeen

Courage for CanTeen is a full day sky-diving adventure, raising money and awareness for CanTeen.

Like-minded individuals with a sense of community and desire to push their physical and mental boundaries will sky-dive 15,000 ft. to raise vital funds to support young people affected by cancer.

Courage for CanTeen is held in Adelaide and Melbourne.

So, what are you waiting for… take the leap and help make a difference!

Meet one of our fundraisers

"To have the chance to be involved and make a difference to so many people’s lives is something I will never forget. Being part of a group of like-minded people working together to achieve a common goal makes you feel so good for so many reasons. However, the best moment of all was to see the smiles on the young people’s faces. To see them smiling even just after hearing them tell their story is something I will always cherish. The CanTeen members were also happy because there were people around them that really cared and wanted to help - it was just an amazing experience to be part of.”

About CanTeen

Every year, another 23,000 young people are affected by cancer, whether it’s a close family member’s diagnosis or their own. That’s 63 young people every day.

We get it. Just when life should be full of possibilities, cancer crashes into a young person’s world and shatters everything. CanTeen is the game changer.

We help young people cope with their own cancer or cancer in their family. Through CanTeen, they learn to explore and deal with their feelings about cancer, connect with other young people in the same boat and if they’ve been diagnosed themselves, we provide specialist, youth-specific treatment teams.

By feeling understood and supported, young people develop resilience and can rebuild the foundations that crumbled beneath them when cancer turned their life upside down. That’s how CanTeen is the difference.

CanTeen works by having young people at the centre of everything we do. Combined with our leading-edge research into the emotional and social impacts of cancer, it ensures that we truly understand how cancer is different in a young person’s world.
